Hello Cheetah Families!
Happy Fall! As we approach Parent Teacher Conference Week, please be sure you have your meeting time secured with your child's teacher. This is an extremely important time to discuss your child's progress and ways to support their educational programs.
Last school year, California Elementary was selected as a National Showcase School with Capturing Kids' Hearts! (CKHs). Our teachers and staff continuing working with our scholars with strategies from Capturing Kids' Hearts to support positive learning experiences.
In effort to target individual academic skills, students have individual access to online support and challenging enrichment in mathematics and reading with our iReady educational programs, Achieve 3000, and Reflex Math.
Students also have the opportunity to join the 100 Mile Club. In an effort to promote fitness and healthy choices, students may choose to walk, jog, or run 100 miles (or more) during the course of the school year. Please let our office know if you have any questions.
On our website under the Activities tab, click on School Events to see our upcoming events. We encourage you to get involved! If you are interested in volunteering, please contact our office.
Our teachers and staff thank you for partnering with us in your child's education.
As always, thank you for the continued support!
